Welcome to AVM High School. By enrolling your child in our institution, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions that ensure a smooth, disciplined, and effective learning environment.

 1. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria, entrance assessments, and availability of seats.
  • All required documents, including birth certificates, previous school records, and medical forms, must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • The school reserves the right to accept or deny admission based on its policies.

 2. Fees & Payments

  • Fees must be paid as per the school’s fee structure and due dates.
  • Late payment of fees will incur a penalty as per the school’s policy.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by the school management.

 3. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for exams.
  • Leave requests must be submitted in advance, except in cases of emergencies.
  • Late arrivals and frequent absences may lead to disciplinary action.

 4. Code of Conduct & Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect teachers, and follow school rules.
  • Any form of bullying, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will result in strict action.
  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain proper grooming.

 5. Academic Performance & Examinations

  • Students must appear for all tests and examinations as scheduled.
  • Use of unfair means in exams will lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Parents will be notified if a student’s academic performance needs improvement.

 6. Safety & Security

  • The school will take all necessary safety measures; however, parents must also ensure their child’s safe arrival and departure.
  • The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or unauthorized gadgets is prohibited.
  • Any damage to school property must be compensated by the responsible student.

 7. School Transport

  • School transport is available for students as per the defined routes and regulations.
  • Students must follow proper discipline while using the transport service.
  • The school is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

 8. Medical & Health Policies

  • Parents must inform the school about any medical conditions or allergies their child has.
  • In case of emergencies, the school will provide first aid and notify parents immediately.
  • Students suffering from contagious diseases should stay home until fully recovered.

 9. Extracurricular Activities & Events

  • Participation in sports, cultural events, and competitions is encouraged.
  • Parents will be informed in advance about special events and field trips.
  • The school reserves the right to use student photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

 10. Communication & Parent-School Interaction

  • Parents are encouraged to attend PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) regularly.
  • The school will communicate important updates via SMS, emails, and notices.
  • Any concerns regarding academics or behavior should be addressed through proper channels.
